Solutions for the improvement of the territory provide for several zones - presentation, sports and entertainment. The new library building with the school is designed on two floors, connected by a passage to the existing building at the second-floor level. 

The library has two main public entrances, an exit from the gym to the street, a service entrance, and an emergency exit from the auditorium. The design scheme is combined - load-bearing walls and frame elements in the reading room area.

 Along the main exterior elevation on the second floor, there is a cantilevered overhang that provides expressiveness of the composition. The roof of the building provides for the possibility of operation with the placement of a recreation area, landscaping and an open auditorium on it.

This is a multifunctional complex, focused on the development of an innovative environment through the revitalization of existing spaces.

The basis for the project is a multi-layered industrial heritage consisting of 4 buildings of different eras and a very atmospheric arched brick basement under the courtyard.

This complex is located on the territory of a former sewing factory

The multi-apartment residential building has 3 floors and 4 apartments. According to the client's sketch, the exterior was visualized. 

The interior design of the apartments was carried out taking into account the creation of a comfortable environment, in this project special attention is paid to the ergonomics and practicality of the solutions.

The six-storey residential building is located in a forest area away from noisy roads. It has large windows, an inner quiet courtyard and large panoramic windows.

This is a project that was implemented in close cooperation with the client. In this project, everything coincided and everything turned out in the best way. 

All decisions were made jointly under the author's constant supervision and support of the project.

 Initially, the apartment had two loggias, which at the stage of development of the layout were attached to the premises of the apartment - in the living room it turned into a kitchen area, and in the bedroom, there was an increase in the room.

The project aims to combine modern housing with spaces for study, work, recreation and leisure through the revitalization of former industrial buildings located on the territory of the complex.

The project envisages the development of the territory in the form of a block building, combining 12 sections, with underground parking and open spaces, which are oriented to the needs of residents and the development of the community

A private residence is a complex of buildings on the Adriatic, made in the traditions of European palace architecture. Architects from leading companies from Europe took part in its creation. 

The concept of the project was made by one of the architects of these companies. The facade system is assembled almost entirely from natural marble. 

The interiors are decorated with carved wooden panels and stucco, including highly artistic mosaic panels and stained glass compositions. The park has a collection of plants from Australia and South America. 

The complex has several detached residential buildings located in a quarter building and united by a single-yard space. Number of floors of buildings from 6 to 14. 

The complex has its own parking lot. On the first floors, there are public premises designed for use not only by residents of houses.

Villa on the Lake is also created in the Luxury category. Ecological (natural) motifs, realized with the help of ceramic bricks, wood, and reed roofs, dominate in the figurative solution and in the technologies used.

 The complex consists of the main building and several additional structures: a guest house, a bathhouse, and a pier, which generally form an atmosphere of integration with the natural environment.

This is a large-scale enterprise with a large territory and a complex technological process. Therefore, the architectural design of this kind of production enterprises and production buildings is not the easiest, but rather exciting and interesting activity, because everything is very logical, and rational and is formed into a correct and organic structure as a result. 

In this case, the design is determined by strict technological requirements and regulatory documents. And if it still manages to give a nice look, then it is a complete success. In this project, we managed to combine all of the above.

The residential complex is an original and comfortable business-class project that consists of one large house divided into 4 sections. 

The main difference of this new building is its beautiful facade: the complex is built in the style of the modern empire, so it perfectly fits into the architectural landscape of one of the oldest districts of Kharkiv in Ukraine.
